The head office building is invested by the DONGNAI 's SSD. It has been designed by the Industrial & Civil Designing Consulting joint stock company in VietNam. The project has been designed modernly, synchronically and multi-functionally with 11 floors and the total floor area of more than 10,000 m2, located in the center of Bien Hoa City, in Dong Nai province. After completion, it is expected to be the workplace of nearly 600 officials and employees of DONGNAI 's SSD
Hatinco has been selected as the contractor of the 8th package, which has shown the confidence of the investor and the company's reputation in the field of M&E. The total value of the package is 16 billions, the project is provided with central air conditioning systems VRV of Fujitsu (Japan), total refrigeration capacity of 900 kW and 2 elevators ThyssenKrupp (Germany), 750kg , speed 90 m/min.
To demonstrate the reputation and brand, the board of Director , officials and the employees of the company has immediately deployed the project to ensure the best quality, technology and art, striving to complete the project 45 days earlier than the commitment with the investor.
